Returns
Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it, issue a store credit via gift card, or refund your payment for eligible returns received within 14 days of purchase. Please note the following:
-Returns/exchanges are ONLY accepted within 14 days of the purchase date (in-store) or shipped date (website orders).
--All merchandise must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, unworn, without damage. Items returned with stains, snags, holes, tags missing, smoke odor, or other will not be accepted and you refund will not be processed.
-The following items are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN and are considered final sale: Sale items, cosmetics, jewelry, accessories (hair, gloves, beanies, belts, etc.), lingerie, swimwear, sunglasses, handbags, hats or gift cards.
-Shipping fees are nonrefundable on both outbound and returned items (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). Return shipments are the responsibility of the party returning the item.
-Refunds will be given in the form of the original payment, unless the item was purchased as a gift and the recipient is making the return. Gift returns will be refunded back to a store gift card. If merchandise was purchased by cash, we will mail a refund check to the purchaser within 5 business days. Purchases made using a credit card will receive credit back to the card that originated the sale.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE
You may return any eligible item either in-person at the store or by mail. All returns must acompany the original receipt or a copy of the packing invoice.
If returnng by mail, fill out the form enclosed with your shipment, pack up your items for shipment (in the original package if possible) and seal the box. Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance. We will not be responsible for return shipments lost by your shipping provider.

Once your return is processed your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus any shipping charges incurred. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for your credit card refund to appear on your statement. We are happy to exchange an item for another size or completely different item within 14 days the original purchase. Please email or call us at 831-625-0920 if you wish to exchange for another size. This way we can pull the size out of stock so we don't sell out before the returned items reaches us. We are also happy to issue a store credit/gift certificate for your return if preferred, issued my mail, via e-mail or in-person at the store.
