HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
All purchases made between November 21, 2022 and December 24, 2022 are subject to our Holiday Return Policy which replaces our Regular Store Return Policy regarding refunds. We will gladly EXCHANGE or offer STORE CREDIT for holiday returns through January 10, 2023. Refunds will not be issued during this time period. Returns must be received and/or postmarked by 1/10/23 to be eligible for exchange or store credit. All other terms apply.
Purchases made beginning December 25, 2022 and thereafter are subject to our Regular Store Return Policy which requires all returns be made within 14 days of purchase.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it, issue a store credit/gift certificate or refund your payment for returns received within 14 days of purchase. Complete the form enclosed with your shipment and send us the items that you would like to return/exchange. Please note the following:
-Returns/exchanges are ONLY accepted within 14 days of the shipped date.
-You may not return or exchange: Sale items, cosmetics, jewelry, lingerie, swimwear, sunglasses, handbags, hats or gift certificates.
-Shipping fees are nonrefundable on both outbound and returned items (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). Return shipments are the responsibility of the party returning the item.
-All merchandise must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, unworn, without damage. Items returned with stains, snags, holes, tags missing, smoke odor, or other will not be accepted and you refund will not be processed.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE
After filling out the form enclosed with your shipment you will need to pack up your items for shipment (in the original package if possible). Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance. We will not be responsible for return shipments lost by your shipping provider.

Once your return is processed your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus any shipping charges incurred. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for your credit card refund to appear on your statement. We are happy to exchange an item for another size or completely different item within 14 days the original purchase. Please email or call us at 831-625-0920 if you wish to exchange for another size. This way we can pull the size out of stock so we don't sell out before the returned items reaches us. We are also happy to issue a store credit/gift certificate for your return if preferred, issued my mail, via e-mail or in-person at the store.
